”Lovely modern apartment with all mod cons, great private parking and proximity to city centre.”

”Kaunis vanha rakennus hiljaisella kadulla. Huone oli tilava, valoisa ja siisti, mukavat sängyt. Todella mukava henkilökunta.”

”The staff was nice. Apartment was a little bit outdated but otherwise OK. It was clean and bed was nice. Surroundings were peaceful and nice. Would stay again if I would be in Belfast. ”

”Very good accommodation in good location. Very straightforward self check in. Staff very helpful and available via text. Lovely clean and spacious room.”

”Check-in process easy, and we were sent the required access codes on the afternoon of the start of our stay. Very clean, plenty of hot water and comfortable bed. Kitchenette has enough equipment for making simple meals. Sound insulation between the floors could be better, as we could hear footsteps from the flat above, but it did not cause us any inconvenience. Only a couple of minutes walk away from frequent bus services into the city centre. Large Tesco's and small Co-op, along with...

”I was really taken back by the size of the room (extremely small) but it was clean. The bed however was sunken in in the middle. The toilet roll holder was not fixed and fell off. I had to re-attached it. I locked the bathroom door when I had a shower and really panicked when I couldn't unlock it which wasn't pleasant. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything eg others walking or using the bathroom. For the cost I thought it was very expensive. ”

”I was going to say probably the worst place I’d ever stayed, but I’ll change it to definitely, I don’t have a good word to say about my stay, the only thing I would say is don’t stay here. ”

”Great room with space to spare. Power shower hot water was good. Bed comfy. Wish there was also a sheet, not just a duvet/doonah. Too hot in summer for a duvet! Do-able walk from city centre, or bus public transport. Quiet street. Good breakfast, worth the £10.”

”This place is a true gem, absolutely recommended. A spacious room, comfortable bed(s), powerful shower, very good breakfast and extremely nice service that leaves you with a feeling that both the customer and the hotel itself are taken good care of. Location also very convenient near the university and Botanical Garden: the street in front of the hotel is quiet, but there are dozens of restaurants within a walk of a minute of two.”

”The Rocks Bed & Breakfast is located on a beautiful, quiet piece of property and offers all the comforts of home. The room is spacious, with it's own unsuited and a king-sized bed. Not to mention the wonderful breakfast that is freshly prepared each morning. The owners are warm and incredibly accommodating, you truly feel right at home. I would definitely book there again!”

”It was very cozy and fit all of our needs perfectly”

”Well communicated contactless check in, beautiful property and rooms, cute little town, and the breakfast was good! Coffee was great, Charlie makes a great flat white! Parking can be a little bit of a nuisance, and like many historical properties no elevator so if you need help with your luggage plan ahead as the property is not always staffed. Lovely. Also Forrest Park is not to far down the road if you would like a lovely walk around the lake. the Parson's Nose is quite good as a dinner option...

”I have never been received so warmly at any hotel in my entire life of travels. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who checked us in. She was so helpful and went out of her way to receive us. She literally followed me out to the car to take our luggage in, she stored it until our room was ready and when we returned everything was in our room. She helped us pull our car out of the parking lot, went out side and waved us on. She helped us find a tour driver, who was equally...

”Staff were great”

”Stayed for one night and could not fault it. In particular, the staff were attentive and extremely pleasant. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was lovely with great service and it was reasonably priced. The hotel is city centre so a very good location but you will get a view of the street. Our room was a good size and very clean and overall hotel was clean and very nice.”
