The only best part was the ocean view. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the room was not so clean. No amenities...the bare minimum. Also, noisy with skating rink open into night.

Condo was very nice, in a nice location to everything, far enough away from the hustle of the boardwalk area, but close enough to take a short drive to enjoy it.
