”This is a great wee place to stay if you are stopping off or looking for some cheap and quick. The staff were amazing and super helpful. And offer use of the kitchen if I wanted to make some food. Honestly amazing! Also offered to make up a wee bag for breakfast as I was leaving early! I managed to get something before I left. Only thing I’ll say, the room could do a with a little TLC, the shower doors don’t close properly, the door handle is loose and the curtains need fixed slightly, but...

”My husband and I were so well looked after here. The manager went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Food was just perfection, tasted like a home cooked meal and was pure comfort. The facilities were clean and well presented. If we ever have the pleasure of returning to Scotland we will be going out of our way to stay here again. ”

”The room was spotless and very comfortable. Obviously the Hotel is in transition. By and by rooms are being prepared to welcome guests. Only 11 rooms are available to book at this point.
The price per room is unbelievably low.
Especially since the electricity bill must be enormous. The hotel was overheated and lights were on in almost every hall, lounge and room and stayed on during the night.
Heating as well as the lights.
No consideration was given to the ecological impact.
