”Great location, walkable to most everything. Unit was good, but some of the furnishings could use an update. The bar stools were too rickety to sit on, and the mattress and pillows are due for replacement. Also, we could hear our upstairs neighbors loud and clear when the upstairs unit was occupied. Overall though, we loved it and would come back!”

”We loved our stay! Convenient location to The Waterfront Restaurant, Bean Point and Bayfest during our visit. The pool is wonderful and we appreciated having access to beach chairs for our beach days. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Having the opportunity to use the laundry room was a bonus. We had a rental car, although we heard wonderful things about AMI’s free trolley, to access all of the island’s beautiful beaches & shopping. We had an issue with the unit’s air...

”Owner called one week before our arrival date to cancel. Her explanation was that her furniture wasn't being delivered on time. She also said the property was damaged by last year's hurricane and it took longer than expected to repair. She had no explanation as to why she had the property listed when it wasn't ready for occupancy. She did issue a full refund but we still ended up paying more the another property and needed to pay for additional cancelation insurance.”

”Host was very friendly and accommodating. The location of the cottage was steps from the beach, great location, can also walk to anywhere on the north end of the island from the cottage. Cottage was clean and comfortable, the grounds where the cottage was neat and well cared for. Perfect place for quick stay as most places require a 1 week minimum.”

”Such a cute unit! A little smaller than I was anticipating but still super cute and comfy. Very safe area and nice street. Just footsteps away from the beach which is incredibly peaceful! My only complaint is there was no shampoo/conditioner or oven mitts that I could find. Not a big deal though! Overall a great experience. ”
