”We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect. ”Room was definitely not cleaned. Dirty napkins and just generally not wiped down. Solo cups left from the previous guest on the back deck. The views and location were awesome. Also no guarantee in getting a beach front umbrella in front of the rooms. People come early and reserve spots with towels and then maybe they show up maybe not.”

”Great view from the beach the best part! Room lacks some amenities like a microwave or water outside to wash your feet from the beach and some more chairs/ beach supplies would be nice. Fantastic view and comfortable bed!”

”My only complaint is there wasn’t a pool and there wasn’t a microwave, oven, toaster oven, or air fryer to heat food, just a stove.”

”The property was newer, very clean except the couch was white and looked like it had some sand covering it and some spots. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had everything we needed even beach towels. The pool was 5 steps from the door which was so convenient as well as the parking. It was decorated with a bright fun beach vibe. ”Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.”

”There is nothing better than a nice pool and beach within a short walking distance. The resort has beach chairs and umbrellas set up every morning that are first come, first serve. We would go back in a heart beat.”

”The staff was very nice. The lobby was under construction but looks like it'll be very nice once completed. Breakfast buffet was okay, pretty basic but decent. Room service was sub-par, never came 2 out of the 5 days, due to short staffed. We're not fussy, dont care if beds are made, but had to go to desk to get our own toilet paper and tissues”
