The previous stays were quite OK for us and we had the rooms maintained but this trip, we had a very bad odour in the room and bath room, that it was suffocating, though they tried their best out of the 3 nights stay only by the end of the second day it became ok. other wise usual stay and enjoyed ...

Sanvika Hotels & Service Apartments
No proper house keeping, most of the plug points were not working. No towels in the washroom. Even as basic as a Complementary water bottle was not provided.

The room conditions were average.The customer service is very poor.The Manager Vinoth attitude was very bad.They do not treat us well.Not worth the money.The breakfast they provide is of low quality.The ambiance is also very bad. Stayed: March 2018, travelled with family
