We were told that unfortunately they didn't have any left, but they could upgrade us to a mini suite. ”I chose Ramada Encore Leicester for its proximity to Curve Theatre. Upon arrival an, in fact, every time I interacted with the hotel staff, service was excellent. ”Lovely staff, very friendly. The guesthouse is located a bit away from the town centre, but for me that was fine. It was anyway in a walking distance from bus station (that I needed). My room was nice with a fridge, television and a possibility to make tea. Also wi-fi. All the facilities (toilet and shower) were in a corridor, but they were nice and clean and as there were only a couple of rooms, I never had to wait for my turn.”

"The only negative thing was the air conditioner which only expelled warm or hot air. Otherwise no complaints. We pretty much got what we expected. The walk to the Resorts World Arena was less than 10 minutes. Awesome."
