”Clean room, but they will charge extra for the stay because of high demand. Expedia price is not garrantee of what you pay. I got charge for the room by Expedia, then the hotel charged extra for high demand on the day I checked in. Imagine booking a plane ticket with Expedia, and it happed the traveling day is a high demand day. How much extra would I have to pay to fly or have to cancel the trip??”

”Looks are deceiving!The lobby looked ok the room itself was clean enough to stay. So I stayed woke up the next morning with bed bug bites all over my chest and back. I spoke with the manager about it he was very rude!! All he said he could do is refund the room and nothing else. The manager also had me confused with another guest so the hotel definitely has a issue with bed bugs so I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.”

”Bait and Switch, beware! I can't even rate the Ramada because they sent me to a different hotel without any explanation. I booked the Ramada based on reviews and the fact that they advertised a buffet (hot) breakfast. I paid in full and told them we would be arriving super late because of our flight. They acknowledged the very late arrival,no problem. When we got to the hotel, the clerk said, "we're going to just walk you over here to the other building . . ." Hmmm, ok.

”Staff is amazing. Was hard to keep my husband out of the warm cookies every night. Breakfast was awesome. Nice variety of foods. Always had hot coffee day or night. Room was immaculate. No need to bring shampoo and cream rinse. They have plenty in the showers. Definitely coming back on our next trip!”

”When we arrive to check-in their was a $50 dollar Incidental hold , I had called ahead to ask what deposit/hold would it be before booking was told no hold or deposit was required. I plan prior to all my trips to insure costs as i do use my debit card .
It was a bit embarrassing as i was short $10 in my account for the hold . It was my END of the trip close to the airport booking .
We had figure it out. The front desk girl was great!
Shuttle service to and from airport was spot on and...

”The room was big and clean.
The breakfast was ok but we missed some cheese. It was a bit difficult with the shuttle bus, because it did not leave at specific times, but you had to call the hotel. I called twice and waited a long time before they answered. Then they could not tell how long we had to wait. Anything up to some hours. When we finally got the bus after one hour everything worked well. According to the price we were quite happy with the hotel, but next time we probably choose a hotel...
