It accommodates up to five adults. The outdoor spaces are perfect for sunbathing, reading in the shade, picnics, barbecues, or simply enjoying nature.



The location is ideal for day trips, beach outings, visits to nearby tourist spots, or local wineries to taste D.O.C. Colli di Luni wines. Within about 800 meters you’ll find electric car charging stations, a shopping center, pharmacy, bank with ATM, post office, police, train station, medical emergency services, and other essential amenities.
