”Everything was pretty nice. The area around this hotel was upscale, lots of great shopping and dining options. And the breakfast buffet was extensive...anything and everything you could want! We found that there was road noise all night. That was the downside.”

”The room needed a good cleaning and we didn’t eat the breakfast because we didn’t like the looks of it and there was no sitting available. Actually, the whole hotel was dirty. No worries, we won’t return.”

”Extremely dirty hotel. Even in the corridors You were able to spot all kind of dirt/dirtiness. I don't understand that how can a hotel have this kind of level of cleaning. Our hotel room was spacious but very very dirty. On the first night, I started to watch the ESPN, moved my feet around the sofa and suddenly a pill/drug dropped from the sofa table or something like that. There were hairs, dirt and different crumbles all over room floor. I can say that it wasn't the most pleasant stay over....

”Everything about this hotel was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Water pressure was a little low; but I don’t blame the facility. Location was very convenient, lots nearby.”

”The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult.”

”The toilet in the room was broken when we arrived and needed to be repaired after we called down and complained. In the morning, while using the microwave in the room, we lost power in the room and they were not able to fix it while we were there. Overall for a 1 night stay, it was not enjoyable. Curious if we were put in that room, knowing the toilet was broken because we booked thru Expedia at a reduced rate?! I am a Hilton Honors member and not sure I will use Expedia again if this is how...

”When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.”

”I think Wesson’s are usually higher and. The first room I was given smelled pretty bad. I changed rooms and it was much better. But there were loud, bagging and booming noises all night -I barely slept. Sounded like I was adjacent to some equipment room. The coffee selection was eh and the oat milk was bad. I don’t think im rushing back to this Westin.”
