”Extremely dirty hotel. Even in the corridors You were able to spot all kind of dirt/dirtiness. I don't understand that how can a hotel have this kind of level of cleaning. Our hotel room was spacious but very very dirty. On the first night, I started to watch the ESPN, moved my feet around the sofa and suddenly a pill/drug dropped from the sofa table or something like that. There were hairs, dirt and different crumbles all over room floor. I can say that it wasn't the most pleasant stay over....

”The front desk staff wasn’t helpful or accommodating. Poor customer service and breakfast wasn’t as appealing. We stayed on the first level and the house keeping and maintenance was super helpful and great customer service. Any issues in regards to our room they tried to resolve them.”
