"I understand this property was undergoing renovations- however that is no excuse for soiled linens (sheets and towels). The first bath towel I went to use was literally blackened with what I’m assuming was dirt or oil. We went to trade out towels for a new set. The second set was equally as filthy. ..."

"One big draw back for us was the refrigerator in the room only working for 2 hours then turning off. Staff had refrigeration in the lobby that was available but not in the room. Very strange! Had to request housekeeping every day, otherwise it was every other day. Otherwise the hotel was great!"
