”My wife and I found this hotel very nice, being newly refurbished. Staff were all very friendly, we had evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant and enjoyed both very much, all in all a very pleasant stay, will definitely be returning.”

”The hotel is centrally located just across the road from the station. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom had a great shower and very nice toiletries. I will definitely stay again.”

”The location is incredible. Convenient to everything. The room itself is spacious and clean, with a nice little kitchen and balcony. One downside was that the whole building smelled terrible. It wasn’t the rooms themselves but something to do with the sewer system I guess. Was yucky. ”

”On arrival we were informed we had received a complimentary room upgrade, which was very much appreciated. The suite was lovely. Spacious and very clean with a huge bed. Separate lounge and kitchenette containing hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. It would be ideal if you are here on business for a few days. Good location by the train station. Quiet room. No noise from the trains or the lifts in the building. The rooftop bar and terrace are nice and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.”

”The staff are very attentive and helpful. We stayed in a standard room which was a good size and the bed was the same. It wasn't spotless but clean enough. The breakfast had a good choice of cereal and a hot buffet. We had dinner also, the food was very filling and tasty.”

”Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”

”Greeted by a pleasant stain member. Flat was clean. Secure parking is a plus. Things could be improved if they had the following, welcome pack giving WiFi details etc, better equipped kitchen I.e tea towel, bin and more crockery, bathroom could do with bath mat and bedroom could do with bedside cabinet with bedside lamp ”

”We had a most enjoyable stay. We were able to check in early and our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh food. The staff were friendly and helpful. ”

”The room was not clean enough, Trash under the bed and hairs on the pillow. Breakfast poor, the first day very limited amount of products and day by day they added something more. ”
