”My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain.”

”This is a charming penthouse 1 bedroom condo. We used the outside BBQ, noticed too late the washer/dryer combo on the outside patio. It has a studio kitchen which is in the hall at the top of the stairs- three flights to ground level. The owner is very responsive. We enjoyed the huge tv for streaming content at night. Suggestions include: a hair dryer. Pool was refreshing in the next courtyard over but it was not cleaned - I, pool guy, would have loved to take a skimmer with me to the pool...

”Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”
