”Stayed here in Rapid City for a week while a family member had a medical procedure. Check in was easy and proce matched online booking. No fault to the staff but the first room the fridge did not work. Second room, wasnt clean at all. Finally landed in a 3rd room and upgraded me for the hassle. ”We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Rapid City for one week. Overall, the property was nice, and we appreciated the warm cookies offered in the evening as well as the lemon ice water available in the lobby. Unfortunately, there were some issues during our stay. My husband, who has Alzheimer’s, stepped on something while barefoot in our room and cut his foot. We couldn’t find what caused the injury at the time, but after returning home, an ER doctor removed a small piece of glass from his foot. This...

”6 Stars! I had to book there at the last minute due to my original hotel being overbooked. The gentleman at the front desk was outstanding! I felt immediately safe and that I made the right choice by stating there. The room was good as expected. The breakfast had numerous selections and casual. A good choice, and would recommend staying there!”

”Only two lights in the whole room, didn’t have one on my side of bed. Very few plug ins. No mirror except in bathroom. Refrigerator froze everything. At breakfast the juice machine was broken & nothing done to replace that (i.e jug of juice) Waffle batter machine broken. Had to pour batter out of jug. Area not clean. This was rated as good? ”Staff not always there, just a note to call them...but I found that they don't always answer. Vent fan in bathroom was full of dirt, shower curtain was dirty, weird fixture by sink w very sharp edges. Loud people and street noise all night. Absolutely didn't feel safe and got 0 sleep.”
