”Quaint boutique hotel with only 13 rooms and 6 employees. Staff were extremely attentive and rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious, too. Close to the malecon, but far enough away so we didn't hear all the noise at night. Will definitely stay here again while visiting Puerto Vallarta.”

”The owners made certain we were comfortable and most helpful regarding the nearby market for shopping, which proved invaluable for getting local ingredients for cooking meals. Nice, fully furnished kitchen as well! This is not resort life by no means as you hear local children playing in the streets and the sounds of barking dogs, etc. The walk to the beach is maybe 8-10 minutes but often across rough pavements so not advised for anyone with walking or mobility issues. ”It was an great hotel. Very modern, very clean. The pool/hottub is in the roof and is very nice. Staff were all very nice and helpful. The mattress was a little to firm but that would be the only complaint. Theres a bar next door that play live music late but your in Mexico and th a ts a bonus. Less thst a mile from the hitel zone. The hotel zone is more modern than the melacon and cleaner. Stove, microwave, fridge,coffee maker. Nice bathroom 🚻 ”

”Hotel Ixaya was a gem! The staff was friendly and helpful. We called a few nights before our stay asking if we could do an earlier check in and they were accommodating. The place was tidy, clean, and had nice decor throughout. We especially liked it was conveniently located. ”
