”Gorgeous hotel in an excellent location in Markham. Impeccable cleanliness in room and common areas. Delicious room service food. We were notified of our room being available slightly earlier than posted check-in time which was so convenient. Most of all, the customer service was outstanding- we were accommodated for a room change request upon arrival. Next door to a mall. Close to GO train. Highly recommend. ”

”Excellent Customer Service. I suggest the management should considering giving free water bottles. The cost will not be more than few cents per room. Offering water is considered good gesture. Difficult for a customer to check in then if its out of stock at lobby area, go out find a place to buy water bottles. ”

”Ihan ok hotelli keskellä aasialaisaluetta. Lyhyt matka moniin erilaisiin ravintoloihin. Huoneet aika kuluneet mutta puhtaat. Sängyt ok, suihku ok. Hotellin uima-allas on ihan kiva joskin siellä ei ole mulavaa jos on enemmän kuin 5 henkeä paikaalla samaan aikaan.”

”I wish I had gotten the name of the manager of this hotel while we were there.
we extended our stay while we were there and asked to be moved to higher floor We missed all the phone calls to ask us to come get our stuff so that we could be moved to another room.
When we got to the hotel, the staff informed us that we could now not be moved because the hotel was now full and there were no rooms available.
Fair enough We missed the phone calls etc - we understood it was on us at this...
