”My lone request would have been to have a feather pillow. In the bedroom. Every thing else was perfect : check-in at 3:00pm, dining room at 5:00 pm. I can’t remember her name but the check-in person was gracious & informative. For dinner the young woman couldn’t have been more helpful, ant at 9:00 am Elle & Jjasimin ( I think) were helpful and efficient. Thank you for a lovely stay🤗”

”All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and their light efficiency and energy efficiency is so advanced! The entire place smelled like fall, apple orchard vibe. Our room was amazing! I highly recommend it!! Snacks available for purchase section has a lot of options and their complimentary coffee was delicious!! The whole experience was very pleasing and you should book a stay!”

”The room was very clean and the front staff was incredibly friendly with any questions that I had. The rest of the staff throughout the building were also so nice when I would encounter them. The pool was clean and the temperature was perfect. There’s a mall about a 2 min drive away. Overall, very good experience at this hotel. ”

”Every staff member and the manager I met, were personable, helpful, courteous, and professional. They are a cut above many places I have stayed in my life of travels. In this day and age, where no one seems to understand the meaning of Customer Service, they were exceptional. As a sidelight, the food there is exceptional, including breakfast. If I’m in Auburn Hills again, I will stay there. ”
