Amazing Property!

We had an amazing stay this weekend, and Bloom Stays with Sandra truly made the experience exceptional. The house was even better than the photos—beautiful, spacious, and incredibly luxurious. Everything was spotless, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining this property. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-tier stay and would happily return.

Perfect Pre-Christmas Break

I stayed in Old Harrow Barn for a long weekend with a group of friends for our annual Christmas get together. It was the perfect location to get into the Festive Spirit! The house was decorated beautifully for the Festive period and we really enjoyed all of the facilities that the house has to offer. The house is very high spec, yet still felt cosy and homely. We would highly recommend and would love to come back!

Family Weekend

Old Harrow Barn is a lovely place for a family get together. All the bedrooms were spacious and we made good use of the games room , cinema room and hot tub. The house is all high spec and was a great social space. If we had to find fault the mattress in the blue/green room was very soft for our liking. A great property.

80th Birthday Celebration

We had an amazing time at Old Harrow Barn, celebrating an 80th birthday. The house was beautifully decorated and everything within the house appeared to be excellent quality. The games room and cinema room were real highlights but the open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen was also perfect for our group. There was something for everyone to enjoy whether it was the Spa, the comfy & spacious bedrooms or the chickens! The booking process was easy and communication from Bloom was great throughout. We certainly plan on returning!

Fantastic converted barn in peaceful countryside

We had a wonderful few nights here. It was all pristinely clean. The finish everywhere was of a very high standard especially the kitchen and bathrooms which I really appreciated. The kitchen was well supplied and we loved sitting around the big table. We had breakfast outside one sunny morning followed by the hot tub. So relaxing. It was also so quiet and peaceful. We would loved to have stayed longer. I can highly recommend this property. We loved it, from start to finish.

Beautiful, serene, immaculate

The Old Harrow Barn is a must stay rental for a family vacation to England. The house was beautiful and perfect for what we were looking for. We brought a family of five, and everyone had a private room with a full bathroom. Every evening we opened all the windows and had a nice breeze blowing through that kept us all comfortable. It was quiet and the surroundings were peaceful and serene. We really enjoyed our time here. One very important thing I have to mention is that you will need a rental car, there’s no other option.

Modern family home in the centre of Kent

Excellent family weeks holiday. 18 mths to 70+. Brand new barn conversion with cinema, games room & hot tub that were all well used. Visits to Canterbury cricket,Whitstable, Leeds & Bodium Castles & especially Port Lympne Safari Reserve kept us all entertained. Also managed to go to Ashbury Outlet centre on an exceptionally wet day. Loved the modern property.

Birthday/Couples staycation

A birthday couples staycation, not where we initially wanted to stay but so happy we found this place. We great space, perfect entertainment space as well as relaxation. We used the hot tub which was easy to use and warm. The folder of instructions were perfect and easy to follow. The cinema room was super cosy and warm. We actually wished we stayed for longer and will definitely he returning. So thank you again!

Wow, what an amazing barn conversion. This property has everything you need for a fantastic weekend away with friends/family. The house is very well equipped, the cinema room is an absolute dream! We celebrated a 50th birthday and it truly was a special trip. There are soooooooo many positives (spacious, hot tub, electric blinds and windows, log fire, cinema room, stunning views, open plan kitchen area, games room) the only negative is that some of the beds could really do with a mattress upgrade!! A fantastic weekend anyway in a lovely property!

Second New Year and hopefully not the last at this incredible modern barn.

We loved Old Harrow the last time we stayed and this time was even better. A fabulous cooks kitchen and an extremely social space morning, noon and night. Fun facilities and the cinema screen / room is not just brilliant for watching movies (we watched Top Gun! it’s connected to aps including YouTube and our kids loved “the floor is lava” in the dark with the star lit ceiling with the entire wall sized screen central focus. We enjoyed our daily walks around the lanes in a 30 minute circuit and those of the group with dogs ventured just outside to the enclosed paddock to let their dogs have a run. We had a spectacular family / friends stay and can’t wait to come back again!

Old Harrow Barn

Modern, well appointed 5 bedroom place. However, our stay was badly marred by a cockerel calling at 4am each morning. Windows could not be closed to block this out as it was so warm in the house as there is no air conditioning and the cooling side to the heat pump didn’t work. Showers are slippery and unsafe for elderly relatives. Not enough crockery and serving bowls etc for 8-10 people. Cinema room too hot to be able to comfortably sit and watch - aircon needed. Needs hooks in the bathrooms for towels and extra shelf unit to put wash bags etc in some bathrooms Small chair in bedroom would make it easier to sit and do make up etc

Lovely barn for a girls weekend

Booked this barn for a 10 people girls weekend and it was perfect. Plenty of space and tons to do at the house. The house is in the middle of nowhere with no local shops to walk to highly recommend doing a big shop before arriving including buying toilet paper as only minimal is provided. Bloomstays were so helpful in answering all my queries leading up to the trip. The owner also lives next door and was happy to help with any enquiries. The house does not permit smoking outside in the garden which was the only down side for us as smokers that we had to keep walking out of the gate. I think being able to smoke outside in the garden using designated ashtrays would be nice for those who want to smoke or it clearly advertised no smoke outside and inside this was not clear till we arrived. Other than that I cannot fault the house would stay again and highly recommend.

Excellent relaxing Summer Stay

We stayed at Old Harrow Barn for the Summer holidays- 2025. We had the best time. The house was really clean and beautifully decorated. Very modern and has everything you could need. The owners were so helpful with any queries we had throughout our stay. Would highly recommend! It was the nicest holiday accommodation we have stayed in. Hot Tub was perfect! Thank you!

This house is the best house we ever rented. NIKKY was so helpful had from her the best service ever got from any house or agent amazing Nice and clean what ever you need this house has . Great Family & Friends Gathering

Fabulous venue in a lovely country side setting. Great sleeping accommodation and open plan downstairs kitchen dining area, round table was great for eating and playing games on, the Games room was brilliant especially as we all love Table Tennis and the Cinema room was superb!

Amazing weekend in a beautiful house

I hired Old Harrow Barn to run a fun fitness weekend away with friends. So impressed with the finish of the house, space and location. The car port doubled up as a little studio when the rain arrived. Saturday night in the cinema room to chill out after a days exercise was great and the hot tub helped the aches ! I would suggest getting a few more big pots for cooking and maybe a large fruit bowl but otherwise the facilities were perfect. Thank you

A Brilliant break!

We were a party of 10 staying over Easter 2022, 5 nights in total. 6 adults and 4 children. We were lucky with the the weather so did not have to venture far. We mainly walked and drove short distances to local pubs. The barn is amazing. The interior facilities, including a cinema room and games room could not be fault and outside the hot tub was a big hit. The quality of the interior was outstanding. Overall the barn is highly recommended.

What a fantastic property - loved by all of us, everything was absolutely stunning for our weekend get away with close friends from the amazing cinema room to the lovely open plan kitchen area, made for a very memorable weekend for us all.

Stunning house for a multigenerational family stay

If anything this house is better in real life than the pictures show. Highlights are the outstanding cinema room and games room. Fab hot tub. Everything feels brand new and sparkling clean. Huge family space of kitchen/dining/seating area We had a very happy few days here and would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful barn

We had an amazing time in this beautiful barn, decorated to a very high specification. The cinema room is simply amazing and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The master bedroom is beautiful with an amazing bathroom. Ideal for a special occasions, we were celebrating a 40th birthday with friends. Great communication with the managing agent who were happy to help with any questions. Highly recommend!

A lovely house. Comfortable and well equipped for large groups. The hot tub was good and other games were available. Easy to get to Canterbury or Whitstable. The only downside comment is that the downstairs en suite should have a hand rail for elderly people to hold on to in the shower.
