It was clean and I only needed s place to sleep for the night. Looking for something cheap and clean, and that's what it was. They did make me leave a hundred dollar cash deposit for incidentals which was unexpected.

Lakefront - King - PetsOK - W&D - Fire Pit - Kayak
We had a nice stay in this cabin by the lake. It was close to UCONN so the convenience of the location was wonderful.
