Staff are helpful and friendly.

The shower tray was blocked, so I ended up having a foot spa instead of a shower (with god knows what bacteria was coming up that plughole). I only stayed one night, but the following morning just before 9am, housekeeping knocked on my door. I answered and asked if "Could you come back later?" Due to the poor understanding of English, I had to repeat this four times before they understood. In response, she seemed annoyed and said, "OK, take your time." Why would she say that? I have the room booked until 11:00 (checkout time). My time in the room is fully mine until that time. The furniture was also quite old and dilapidated. The bed had discoloration and the wardrobe door was very stiff. The couches were old and very worn.

The room was so dirty that you couldn't walk barefoot in the room, the soap in the shower was just water without soap, I asked for the room to be cleaned in the morning and they only changed towels, the room was terrible, no air conditioning, a small window that could barely be opened, stuffy and smelly. The most disgusting hotel I've ever been to. And also far from everything. It was a mistake to choose it
