”Stayed here to attend a conference on site which was convenient. Breakfast is very good and I really liked the on site spa and fitness facilities. The spa had a promotion with the hotel which was good. The room is nice, comfortable and clean. Would’ve appreciated a mini fridge in the room although the hotel staff allowed me to keep things in reception. The reception staff are generally very helpful except one male manager during my stay who was not very flexible or helpful.”

”I booked a last-minute night away at The Red Pump Inn in Bashall Eaves, and it completely surpassed my expectations. The pub and accommodation are absolutely charming, with beautiful rooms, perfect location, and wonderful ambiance. However, this 275-year-old establishment had a few surprises up its sleeve! ”I liked so much of it. Draw back for me as a 62 yr old woman travelling alone was the dining experience. Both at dinner and breakfast I was put in the middle of the room where I felt vulnerable. I did say something but they said it was what they had available. I did book a month or two ago so this wasn’t a last minute thing.
