Constant noise, shouting and swearing in the corridors from others, poor quality and condition of pool (which, unannounced, we had to pay extra for on top of our stay!!!!).. ..."

"The hotel was very beautiful old building. The apartment was spatious, bathrooms were very nice, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the temperature in the room was too high. Windows couldn't be kept open because of the terrible smell from the cows next to the hotel!"
