”Clean rooms and friendly staff. It has a great location to get around town from.”

”Very clean rooms. Amenities were suitable. Breakfast was great. Kleenex in the rooms was as rough as sandpaper. Otherwise a delightful stay. I really liked the ice water available at the main desk.”

”Overall the facility was clean, it just needs a major update. The carpet was lifting/fraying to the point of the nails sticking out. Rust is present on the chrome towel shelf in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the room we were in had a slow drain. However, the hotel was quiet, and the beds comfortable. Including the sofa bed that was the best surprise. They did offer breakfast, but unfortunately we did not partake to comment on it. The swimming pool and area was well maintained.”

”Lots of parking, no traffic congestion but close to downtown shopping and restaurants. On one side of hotel you Can walk across street to a super Walmart which has full takeout meals. On other side of hotel can walk across street to a Cracker Barrel or Outback steakhouse. But BEST of all is their breakfast offerings (free). Everything from make your own fresh waffles or have scrambled eggs, omelets, sausage links, potatoes, cereal etc.”

”The staff was great at check in and called the room later to see if we were settling in okay ! The room was awesome with a balcony that had chair. The room was clean and stocked with enough towels and other needs. The sofa was comfortable. The food and drinks were great at the attached restaurant. Had plenty of parking and parking lot was well lite. What a great buy for the money!!”

”We loved our stay here. Beautiful property and location. Convenient. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. We got a bunk bed room and it was great.”

”I was able to upgrade my room and get extended stay to match my flight. I had two issues with the room that I reported to the manager as I was leaving. I wanted the next person to not have the same issues. They said the would address them. I was impressed they had a bowl of food and water outside in the shade that I observed a roadrunner run up to and help itself. Really cool.”

”Loved our king suite with two bathrooms. Breakfast was good but we missed out on some items as they weren’t being restocked as quickly as the hot food.”

”Everything was great with the room, breakfast, laundry facilities. I actually canceled a hotel in Flagstaff because the pool was under renovation. We had our granddaughter with us and wanted her to be able to swim, that is why I booked at Sonesta. Unfortunately the pool was not as clean as I would have hoped for. They had 2 lounge chairs that couldn't be used because the seat part was broken. In hind site I should have keep my original hotel because we didn't use this pool. The pool had trees...

”Palvelu hyvä. Aamupalalla kaikki loppu, käytännössä aamiainen oli pelkkää kahvia ja valmismuffinssi. Mainostettiin tienvarsimainoksessa "Lämmin aamupala". Lämmintä ei ollut mikään, myös kahvi kylmää ja laihaa. Wc tiloissa pölyä ja likaa, samoin patjan alla mm. Kertakäyttöveitsi löytyi sekä rajattomasti pölyä. Seinistä irtoaa maalit, ilmastointilaite vanha ja äänekäs. Hintaan nähden huono, ehkä 40€ yö olisi ok.”

”Given room wasn't cleaned and the beds had hair from previous renters? Not quite sure but it needs to be cleaned and sheets changed.”
