”A very pleasant stay in the hearth of the city. The room was lovely plus a kitchenette was a life saver during the trip. Morning breakfast was excellent and the staff was very, very welcoming. All in all it was an excellent trip and for sure I would choose this hotel again when I’m coming back to Birmingham.”

Walking distance to a lot of great places, being in the city centre. Canal walk is 5 mins walk, library, eating places. Staff was polite and helpful.

”Convenient to our location. Breakfast could have been different each morning. I asked for a vegetable omelette and got a plain cheese omelette on my last morning. Spa and pool could have longer opening times and more flexibility for people who are out early and get back later and would love to have a spa or a swim and CANT. we weren’t given any dressing gowns in our wardrobe. Not enough clothes hangers in the wardrobe for 2 people ”
