”Very courteous staff. Arriving at 0200, I had very little expectation of much more than a ‘hello, here is your key’. I was pleasantly surprised! The gentleman at reception was thoughtful and courteous. The bellman was immediately at our taxi to gather our luggage (and there was a lot!) and brought us ice water while we checked in; then brought us and our belongings to the room personally. Though I did not get his name (I forgot, it was 2am…) I intend to ask before we leave so I can submit...

”Super short but nice stay. Room was good, breakfast okay and shuttle to airport from hotel very nice. Location perfect near restaurants, Rafina center, small beach and ferry port. ”

”Hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. In northern or central Europe it would be 3 or maximum 4 stars. It is surrounded by numerous strip- and sexbars. The room itself was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. But the hallways and public areas like the restaurant were really dusty and had stains everywhere. I even had stains on my napkin. There was also ridiculous rule: If you have more than 2 espressos in your room you have to pay 3€/sachet. I've never seen that in a 5 star hotel....

”Bed super uncomfortable. The hotel failed in the one thing most important. You could feel the springs pointing up inside the mattress. I've had way better mattress in a 4€ hostel bed. Didn't sleep much. Even the receptionist was nice when we arrived I have to give one star for service since the one that was working when we went down and complained did nothing to try to help us. We asked to be moved to another room but then we would have to pay again!? They didn't even give us extra blankets to...
