”It's a low-cost but very comfortable hotel.
--I got a fine deal but apparently it's available for as low as 70USD at times, which would be a steal.
--No reception desk but daily cleaning service and they replace your water and tea.
--Not in a tourist area so there is a nice selection of authentic restaurants and cafes nearby.
--Very quiet despite being on a major street and close to a hospital. Apparently the rooms are soundproofed.
--Due to the blackout curtains, soundproofing, and...
”I booked two ,two-room suites for our party of seven. It was the best decision we made while in Athens. The building was extremely safe, quiet and fully modern. Having our own washer and dryer in our apartments was so helpful for us having come from an island the week prior. Everything was so clean. Very modern and perfect working order. They changed all linen's every other day and communicated promptly. We couldn't have had a better experience”

”I have travelled a lot, but in Coco-Mat I found The most friendliest and helpful Staff Ever. The room was beautiful and had all we needed. They have amazing rooftop terrace with a perfect view. We ordered pizza to The hotel and enjoyed that on The roof. Most romantic thing. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

”We stayed at The Social Athens for our family trip. Our rooms were ready early when we arrived. Our rooms were very clean, modern and quiet. The breakfast was delicious with many options available. It was a short walk to Plaka and the other sites from our hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. ”

”Quirky and stylish property conveniently located for the Kolonaki / Exarhia / Syntagma / shopping district areas. Beautiful top floor room in a listed building. There are stairs to climb so be prepared - luggage not an issue as the staff takes care of it.
