”When I arrived I was greeted by Panos who welcomed me and also showed me how to use various appliances - super helpful. The apartment itself was lovely!! I stayed in a the 1 bedroom suite on the ground floor, enjoyed the outdoor access too. Fully equipped with everything I needed during my 5 nights stay and will definitely stay here again!

”Good place to experience whole of the athens. Nea Smyrni itself has lot of potential, shops, restaurants, cafes, and things to see. You can take a tram from there for modern ride to syntagma or have an experience with the local bus system. Not too far from ports either.

Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr sauber und bei Bedarf gibt es täglich die Möglichkeit, Handtücher zu tauschen oder die Unterkunft reinigen zu lassen. Dank der Klimaanlage immer angenehm kühl. Wenn man die Schlafcouch nutzt, ist es es Abends sehr hellhörig aufgrund des Hausflurs. Bei Selbstverpflegung ist zu beachten, dass es nicht sher viel Besteck/Geschirr gibt....

”Hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. In northern or central Europe it would be 3 or maximum 4 stars. It is surrounded by numerous strip- and sexbars. The room itself was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. But the hallways and public areas like the restaurant were really dusty and had stains everywhere. I even had stains on my napkin. There was also ridiculous rule: If you have more than 2 espressos in your room you have to pay 3€/sachet. I've never seen that in a 5 star hotel....
”The rooms were small, but they were clean and airconditioned and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was also small but clean. The rooms delivered what they promised: a good place to sleep. The only issue I can think of was the sound proofing of the doors; if other guests made noise in the hallway, you could hear it all to your room. Luckily the other guests were politely silent in the hallways most of the time.

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, but for a five-star hotel, we expected a bit more — especially fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Our room was on the fifth floor, just below the rooftop terrace on the sixth floor, which stayed open until 1:00 AM. Unfortunately, the noise from upstairs carried into our room quite clearly, and it sounded like furniture was being moved around constantly. Thankfully, we had earplugs, which helped us get some sleep since we had an early start the next morning.
The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the hotel's common areas were luxurious and beautifully designed. However, the room itself could use a bit of a refresh, especially when it comes to surface finishes.
The location is excellent — within walking distance of the main attractions, shops, and restaurants."
