”I booked a room at the New Sea Breeze Motel last evening and I cannot believe that you have this place as an option. I have photos to share if you'd like. My room was next to a dumpster. The room was in horrible condition. The floor was dirty and gritty. The bathroom sink had dirt on it which I assume came from the bathroom fan thar was caked with dust. The handle for the shower came off. There was an old refrigerator sitting on top of a dresser that looked like it could collapse and there was a...

”Room size was very good, view was beautiful. The small kitchen had no utensils, no napkins, coffee packs but no cream sugar or cups. The neighbors across the hall had bags or trash and dirty pampers in the hallway which remained there the entire stay. It could be a really great place with a little effort from staff. ”

”The hotel has rooms that people are staying long term. They have signs in their windows saying "by all means, do not knock on the door." It was loud all night. Yelling and banging. Someone even knocked on the bathroom window while we were there. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the microwave was missing a knob to set the heat. The door to the room locked, but to be honest needed another lock for security. We passed many homeless and strung out people on the walk to the boardwalk. ”

”Outdated, webs and dust in the room. Didn't look like bedding was changed. We slept on top of the blanket. Cigarette holes in blanket. Duck tape on the wall to cover up a whole. The water in the bathroom had a strong smell of lead or iron.”

”RUN!! I recommend NOT booking a room at this place. I spoke to other guests who feel the same way. I booked a room due to budget constraints. First, I booked this hotel years ago, and another owned by the same people, which is located up the street. That hotel is called Empire. Unfortunately, in my rush to book a hotel before my trip, I had forgotten my bad experiences with this management company years ago, until a feeling of dread came over me when I realized the mistake this time around....

”The hotel was not very well kept and the bathroom was not cleaned well. Breakfast was very minimal and the office where it was served was small and dirty. The owners were not awake at 7.20 when we wanted to check out. You can hear a lot of noise from the rooms next to you. Wouldn't stay again.”

”Room wasn't horrible but very outdated. Bathroom was the size of a small closet. Not a quiet location inside or out. Was woke up to the sounds of someone trying to kick in the door to the room next door. Also was woken up by a little child screaming that she was in the room alone called front desk that did nothing. Also even if you are staying in the hotel you have to pay $10 separate for overnight parking”
