”My family and I stood at the Sheraton to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean hallways and the rooms were all super clean. No odor. The best of all was that the hotel is pet friendly so we were able to bring our dogs and its literally around the corner from the outlets. We will definitely be returning and recommending to our friends and family.”

”Check-in was easy. They offered an upsell, but the upgraded rooms were not ready, so I stayed at the regular rate. The room was clean, and the view of the bay was very nice. The restaurants were convenient, and although the casino was slow, the staff and dealers made the experience comfortable. My only complaint is the same issue I have with many hotels in New Jersey. The property is non-smoking, but the smell of weed in the hallways was annoying.”

”I’ve been going to Flagship for over 20 years and it’s a good hotel. The only thing that is a major issue is the elevators and that has been a problem for years. You can wait for an elevator for over 20 minutes or longer and sometimes people just end up walking down (imagine having to walk down 20+ flights). They never run all the elevators at once which is ridiculous and can really impact your visit. There is a soul food restaurant that is a new addition and the food was amazing but we had to...

”The room was clean and a nice size with a kitchen area. The ocean view from the room was also nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved how easy it was to get to the boardwalk, unlike the others casinos where you have to weave through the casino, this hotel was literally a few steps and you’re on the boardwalk. The only huge issue was the elevators. They are extremely slow and you’ll be waiting forever to get one.”

”The elevated didn’t work and I had to wake up four flights upstairs with no assistance from Staff and they asked me that I want to go to another hotel three or four blocks away. No, I need you to let me know before I got there at the elevator wasn’t working thank you.”

”Room was clean but needs updating desperately. Shower and tub faucets broken. Tv problems and breakfast was definitely minimal compared with all other Best Western's we have stayed at. Neighborhood full of homeless people. Would never stay here again.”

”We were warmly welcomed and pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade that included a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was a highlight, and the rooftop bar offered amazing views, tasty reasonably priced snacks and drinks and excellent service.
