Living, Dining & Kitchen
The bright, open concept living area is designed for spending quality time together after a day at the beach. Relax on the comfortable sectional and lounge chairs while streaming your favorite shows on the large Roku Smart TV, or gather around for family movie night.

Just beyond the living room, the dining table seats five, with an additional three seats at the spacious kitchen island, giving everyone plenty of room to enjoy meals together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, air fryer, oven, electric cooktop, cookware, dishes, and everything needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. A thoughtfully stocked coffee bar with coffee, sugar, creamer, and tea is ready to help you start each morning before heading to the beach.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms.

The first bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and closet for storing your belongings. The second bedroom is perfect for families, offering a full over twin bunk bed with an additional twin trundle, along with a TV and comfortable seating to create a fun space for kids or teens.

The spacious primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, ample closet space, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The primary bedroom also offers direct access to the backyard, driveway, and outdoor shower, making it easy to rinse off after a day at the beach.

The home includes two full bathrooms, one featuring tub and shower combination and a walk in shower. Fresh towels and essential starter toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Outdoor Space & Parking
Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening on the welcoming front porch, complete with two sets of bistro seating. After a day on the sand, rinse off in the private outdoor shower before heading inside.

The home also includes parking for up to two vehicles in the rear driveway, with additional free street parking available nearby. Eight complimentary beach tags are provided, making your beach days even more convenient.

Host House provides beach chairs, beach towels, fresh linens, bath towels, and essential toiletries including soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Guest Access
Guests will have private access to the entire first floor of the home during their stay. This includes all living spaces, the fully equipped kitchen, all three bedrooms, both full bathrooms, the private front porch, outdoor shower, and the rear driveway with parking for up to two vehicles. This home is one of two residences on the property. The condo is completely private and has its own entrance. There are no shared indoor living spaces with the upstairs unit.

You`ll also be just minutes from Ocean City`s famous boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, miniature golf, water parks, amusement rides, and other family friendly attractions. Whether you`re planning a relaxing beach vacation or an adventure filled getaway, this location makes it easy to experience everything Ocean City has to offer while returning home to a quieter neighborhood at the end of the day. The beach is just a short 2 block walk from the home, making it easy to leave the car behind. Biking is one of the best ways to explore Ocean City, and you`ll also be just a short drive from the boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, and other popular attractions. Parking for up to two vehicles is available in the rear driveway, with additional free street parking nearby.

STAIRS: There are 4 steps required to enter the home. There is no elevator.

TVs: There is a Smart TV in the living room, second bedroom, and primary bedroom. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime Video, Disney+, and Netflix with your own credentials. There is no cable.

SHARED SPACES or MULTI UNIT BLDG: This is the first floor unit of a two unit condo building. The condo has its own private entrance and exclusive use of all interior living spaces, front porch, outdoor shower, and designated parking. There are no shared indoor or outdoor spaces with the upstairs unit.

HVAC: This home features central heating and central air conditioning. The thermostat is located in the hallway just off the kitchen.

LAUNDRY: A private washer and dryer are located in the hallway, making it easy to keep beach towels and vacation clothes fresh throughout your stay.

BEACH TAGS: Eight complimentary beach tags are provided for your stay. Guests are responsible for the replacement cost of any lost or damaged beach tags.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
