Summary:
Charming first-floor flat located in a quiet yet eccentric shore town featuring 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath! Our fully furnished haven has a private entrance, and boasts a cozy atmosphere with a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, and pleasant shared outdoor seating in the backyard! Just 2 blocks to the Bay & 4 blocks from Margate beach.

The Space:
PLEASE NOTE: This is a split-level home, and your primary unit encompasses the entire bottom floor.

FRONT EXTERIOR:
- Please note that to enter the home there are 3 steps to the front door.

LIVING ROOM:
- Open concept connected to the kitchen. Features comfortable couch seating, and a large Smart TV (There is no TV cable, only streaming apps). Please note the couch is not a pull-out.

DINING AREA:
- There is a bar area to seat 3 individuals.

KITCHEN:
- Kitchen stocked with appliances and many amenities for your cooking pleasure. *Mr. Coffee drip-style coffee maker

WASHER/DRYER
- Washer and dryer in unit

BATHROOMS:
- 1 full bathroom in the hallway.

BEDROOM 2: 1 Bunk Bed: Single over Single & 1 Full Sized Bed

Each bedroom has comfortable and freshly cleaned linens.

Guest Access:
ACCESS & ENTRY:
- Guests will have access to the first floor and shared backyard with upstairs guests.
- Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes.

KEYLESS ENTRY:
- There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code the morning of check-in.

PARKING:
- There is a driveway with 1 parking space, first come first serve.

ADDITIONAL PARKING:
- Free street parking is also available.
- We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.

MAIL:
- Please be advised that it is important to remember all of your belongings during your stay. In the event that you forget any items, we will gladly mail them back to you. However, please note that a $25 shipping fee will be charged for this service.
- Additionally, we kindly request that you refrain from ordering packages during your stay. Our mail is delivered to a lock box, and unfortunately, we are unable to access it on your behalf. If you do choose to receive any packages, please request that a signature be needed so you can ensure you get your package! Thank you for your understanding.
- We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.

ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES:
- Please be considerate of your neighbors. The property is still located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars.

SECURITY:
- There is a Ring Camera in the front exterior.

The Neighborhood:
The unit is close to the marina district and is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and all the Margate nightlife!

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT!!! THE PERSON WHO BOOKS MUST BE 21+ AND BE PRESENT DURING THE DURATION OF THE STAY! Please know that you will be asked to sign a check-in form and rental agreement that outlines the terms of your reservation!

There is no operating grill on the property. All supplies are provided in moderation; the number of each supply on-site is what we provide, and you may need to purchase more for the duration of your stay. If you want additional supplies during your stay, you will be responsible for bringing or obtaining extra.
Here is the list of what is provided per stay:

Limited number of trash bags

One roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (plus 1 extra) are provided. You will need to provide your own for the rest of your stay.

Dish soap, hand soap and laundry soap (where applicable) will be provided in moderation – You may need to purchase more for the rest of your stay.

Trash & recyclables are collected in Margate, NJ on Mondays. The host will take out the trash/recyclables each Sunday evening.

Interaction with Guests:
We live off-site but are available via text/call/Airbnb messenger 24/7. We have a property manager and maintenance team in place, ready to address any and all of your needs in a timely manner!
