”There was an employee named Blanca who was the highlight of our stay, as well as the two male front desk employees (I don’t remember their names), but they demonstrated the utmost professionalism and service ever! The staff is friendly, helpful and the premises were in pristine condition. Definitely staying here again!”

”Great location, near the airport and a nice mall. The hotel itself is spotless and modern. We had a three year-old with us so we booked a separate bedroom suite. Both the bedroom and living/kitchen area were spacious and the layout was perfect for her early bedtime. I'd definitely stay there again.”

The guy at the front desk directed me to a kiosk to check in virtually… so I wondered why he was even there.. at the kiosk the guy checking me in virtually tried to charge me an xtra 60 dollars. When asked about the cost he couldn’t give me a straight answer. And we went back and forth until I was able to pull up Expedia receipt, at which point he just took the xtra charge off and ignored my question about why he was trying to...

”The outdoor sitting area was super cute, the property was very clean and the amenities and decor were welcoming. The street is very loud at night; helpful ear plugs were provided. The lobby offers wine for sale. The bed was comfortable and the king room bathroom had two sinks. Convenient location to walk around mid-town. Memorable stay.”

”This is an old style Reno hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff extremely nice and helpful. The location is excellent, right downtown & 1:2 block to the river. This is a great hotel if you’re not interested in having a casino. It has an indoor pool and a bar/ lounge too. Also appreciated free parking!”
