”I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the front desk staff. The lady on night audit was fantastic but the young lady who worked in the evening would be pulled from the desk so much I was never able to buy snacks when I wanted.
I guess I could’ve just taken them like I’m sure others have but after working in hotels as a manager for 10 years I chose to be ethical and leave this review instead.”

”This was a beautiful hotel. We did not realize until too late that check-in times were limited. And we really missed having a fridge in our room. The manager did let us use the fridge in the upstairs lounge but that was shared with another group of people.”

”We stayed here for the walking distance to Chaifetz Arena, and the location was perfect. The room was clean and nice, and the bed was comfortable. The downside was the staff. They seemed friendlier to other guests than to us. Breakfast is cooked to order instead of self-serve, and the staff member working seemed irritated that we were waiting. My husband was upset with how we were treated. Great rooms and location, but the service needs work.”
