”Although only 10 minutes from Stonehaven it was ideally situated in the beautiful Kincardine countryside. Room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was whatever you wanted and the bonus for us was that the plum tree in the garden was groaning with fruit. Owner picked some delicious plums for us.

From entry to exit, everything is just done right. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The ensuite bathroom was again well maintained with large shower. There are other personal touches within the room such as fresh milk provided and a baked treat daily.
Then there is the breakfast, an expertly cooked Scottish breakfast with fresh coffee, juices and the most insane, cloud like...
”When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. ”
