”The shuttle to the airport was great, coming back not so much. Only runs once an hour, so getting in at 935pm we would have had to wait an hour at the airport…took an uber. But the biggest issue was false advertising…either from the hotel or Expedia. Long term parking was advertised at 6$ a day, only reason I chose the hotel. When parking, found out the day rate was $10 a day. Big difference.”

”Great location in Brighton. Easy access to Walmart and grocery stores. Parking is adequate and well lighted. We were there for 6 days. They supply fresh towels daily or would if they serviced the room every day. They missed servicing our room one day. There was a big stain in the carpet near the front door of our room and we never heard or saw evidence of a vacuum cleaner the entire week. Pretty good green chili sauce for breakfast on certain days. Biscuits were doughy. I'd recommend learning...

”The water in our shower had no pressure. We had to take longer showers than normal because the pressure was so low. The door to our room would not close completely without pulling it closed. Monday morning we were met with construction in the hotel. The breakfast was would you would expect for free. The fruit didn’t seem that fresh. The hotel was a nonsmoking hotel but it reeked of cigarettes and marijuana! But at least it was a place to sleep!”

”Perfect place to stay for wedding. Easy to get to from the airport. Location is like being in the suburbs pretty much anywhere with the same shopping, eating, businesses. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best according to husband. Loved the walk in shower and great water pressure. Bed very comfy and was able to control the room temp to our satisfaction. Only thing, for me, was we were right outside where the elevators were and you can here...

”Staff was rude when we arrived. Told us our room wasn’t ready when we did arrive so we had to wait. She was extremely rude about parking when we had questions. And trash was not taken out once we did get to our room. Normally I book again after the first stay, however because of how we were treated once we arrived. I will not be back and it was not a 5 star experience.”

”The facility is new. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the airport. But it is far from the city, where dining options are limited. Very nice breakfast with pancakes, eggs, sausage and potatoes along with breads and coffees. had an ice machine and vending machines if needed. also washer and dryers were available. pool and hot tub available as well as a gym. ”The room was big and clean.
The breakfast was ok but we missed some cheese. It was a bit difficult with the shuttle bus, because it did not leave at specific times, but you had to call the hotel. I called twice and waited a long time before they answered. Then they could not tell how long we had to wait. Anything up to some hours. When we finally got the bus after one hour everything worked well. According to the price we were quite happy with the hotel, but next time we probably choose a hotel...
