”Great staff. The hotel isn’t really near anything so it’s nice to have a place to get coffee that costs too much. And drinks after a long day of whatever has you staying there. For us it was softball. Clean and safe.”

”Great stay for the price. I grew up in Aurora and I was concerned about the crime in the area. The Hotel does a great job of keeping the parking area clean and well-lighted. There were several vagrants that came through the parking lot looking in trash cans. No vehicles were stolen, vandalized or broken into during our stay. It is Aurora so, we may have just been lucky. The hotel is clean and the staff were great. The pool was well kept as well. I'll stay again in the future.”

”PROS: The staff were professional and very helpful (Aisha, Anna and Luciano) and did their best. They securely stored my late-arriving luggage (airport delay). CONS: When I retrieved my luggage at about 3:30 AM, there were 3 uniformed Aurora PD talking with Anna at the front desk (they were there because of a loud party and guests who weren't responding). The first room they checked me into had not been serviced: The bed was unmade, the bathroom dirty, and there were several beer cans on...

”I liked the woman whom checked me in and I think her name started with a d. Besides that it was dirty and I had to fix the toilet to flush. Also when I checked out the woman just blew me off and I'm still waiting for my refund.”

”I liked the room it is big,We stayed 4nights but they never come to clean even i told to reciptionist. The most worse is,the downpayment that i paid with card it never send back to me,,that man reciptionist told me that it took a 3to 10 days before the bank sent me back,so i call the bank tomorrow let me see if the bank recieve it or not,But i dont think so that it cannot show in my online bank if he really sent back to my account ,I known in seconds it appears there if they recieve or someone...

”It seems Like this hotel is working hard to counteract some pretty rough reviews. Our room was immaculate and spacious. It’s budget hotel, but the breakfast buffet was equal to a hotel 3x the cost. The front desk manager when we arrived was very welcoming and pleasant. The pool is under reconstruction. We had a nice stay and we were happy to find a hotel that was half the cost of the others on July 4! Don’t be scared by the reviews, give it a try.”

”Was a great stay, however, was charged $15 a day, without my knowledge, checking in not mentioned, checking out, which we dropped off room key, so many chances to let us know...other than that, wonderful!”

”No mention of broken elevator on any of the websites....sign looks like its been a long standing issue Pool is covered with tarp and cant be used ...doors are busted throughout bldg dr?wall holes in ceiling of com.on areas Ac in room does not work and when i spoke with front desk .. i was advised that they are unable to do anything about it ... booking here was a mistake and ill be reporting it to wyndham....someone should be ashamed of themselves. Expedia should also expect and hold hotels...

”The room stinks tobacco, even if it was a non smoking room Not clean : a lot of disgusting sticky fingerprints in the kitchen Not enough towels, and even if I ask for more I have been told to deal with washcloths! The breakfast? Terrible ! It's just a poor snack to go ! No milk, no cereals, no chairs neither tables to eat ! Even the coffee was empty :-(”

”All of the staff were super kind and very helpful. You can tell they all care and work very hard. Unfortunately the building is not very well maintained. The building is really hot but the room ac worked well. We didn’t even bother with the pool. The hot tub is not longer available for use.”
