”Was expecting protein for breakfast but still good, low water pressure in shower and Smokey smelling room not what I was expecting for mid range price”

”We were assigned a dirty, foul smelling room with filthy carpeting and all 4 lampshades ripped looking like a frat party had just occurred. The smell was horrendous. We were reassigned to a better room but continued to be disappointed due to guest behavior. Loud talking in hallways with doors slamming throughout each night with upset and crying children. Coffee and breakfast were subpar to other recent LA Quinta stays in the west. Very disappointed.”

”The Motel 6 was in transition (was previously a Quality Inn). The registration system was not completely integrated, so we were given keys to a room with occupants already there--which was a shock to both the occupants and us. The receptionist was quick to remedy this, but it left a sour taste. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and no coffee grinds for the in room coffee machine. Management and housekeeping had no coffee pods available.”

”I have no idea why this property had a high rating. Should be around a 6.”

”The issue was not so much about the property but about how expedia basically lied to me. We booked a week and after a day we felt like we wanted to be nearer to the hospital where our son was. The property was okay but was several miles away and not in the best neighborhood, so we chose a hotel across the street from the hospital. When I tried to cancel the reservation expedia kept telling me the property management was "not responding to them." I went to vist the property several days later and...

”Staff was really helpful, very polite as well. Bathroom was ‘updated’, however the shower head/pipe was loose in the wall, which made adjusting it very difficult. Also the electrical setup for light switches and lights was confusing.”

”Newer hotel with bar & restaurant. Very close to UC Health hospital which was our reson to stay. Very clean, quite too. Short walk to UC Hospital. Plus they have free shuttle to hospital if needed. Great breakfast.”

”I've been here for many days as it's close to the hospital, the staff has been very friendly this entire stay, very helpful with needing to extend stays, and I see the maintenance crew keeping up the property, it's nice to see the work they put into keeping the space clean and looking nice.”

”The rooms were very spacious, clean, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. Laundry was a nice addition to the stay. The pool was amazing as was the outside fire ring. We also enjoyed the bartender and drinks which was a nice way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.”

”The overbooked the hotel and left like 5 of us without a roommate. Staff was useless.”

”Very nice room and quiet on upmost floor. Check in was very friendly and considerate. During my 4 Night stay my Room was not serviced at all and after asking in the evening there was on plausible explanation given☹️”
