”Lovely property, close to the airport, great bar , great front desk”

”Front desk could not be less helpful. AC in hallways did not work, AC in room did not work. Moved to new room at 9pm after being told to turn down AC and "wait an hour" for room to cool. Did not. Terrible 1 night stay.”

”The Motel 6 was in transition (was previously a Quality Inn). The registration system was not completely integrated, so we were given keys to a room with occupants already there--which was a shock to both the occupants and us. The receptionist was quick to remedy this, but it left a sour taste. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and no coffee grinds for the in room coffee machine. Management and housekeeping had no coffee pods available.”

”I had a lovely stay at the Benson - the rooms were clean, the bathrooms were updated and generously sized, and the property couldn’t have been better maintained! Great spot if you need accommodations in the Aurora area.”

”The entrance is clean, but when you start going into the hotel for example the elevator smelled like sweat. Got into the hotel room and the couches were filled with stains. The room stunk of odor. The couch next to our tv had an iron stain. Our pillows were stained. Not a good experience at ALL. The rest of the hotel hallways smelled like smoke. There was a ton of homeless people as-well right next to the hotel. The staff was friendly and incredibly understanding. Gave us a full refund.”

”Great breakfast! Terrible location hard to navigate to. Poor bathroom amenities although the bathroom eas clean and large. Surprised by the parking fee since the location is Terrible and the other properties in the area don't have a fee. Would not stay here again! June 23 and 24 2026”

”DONT! They have homeless people staying in the same place as paying customers. There is no staff after 7 pm, until 11 am the next morning. Thus, it is party time after they leave, and no one to call to help!! Then, checking out before the staff arrives in the morning is almost impossible. It is 6 pages of paperwork to rent the room, and if you need another roll of toilet paper, you have to pay for it! No kitchen items. The "residents" living there stated, "The cops come by at least 2 times a...
