Such a cute, peaceful and well maintained home near the charming Blanco square and Blanco River!" --- "This was a great home base to explore the wineries, Real Ale Brewery, and 2 whiskey distilleries nearby. They even have a 9 pin bowling alley! -– “We had a large group of 16 people, but could easily be cozy enough for 2-4. We have plenty of room and sleeping arrangements with the 5 bedrooms and extra sleeping arrangements. The master shower was super nice, and we loved the big backyard for the kids. Will definitely come back!”

If you prefer to grill, you can enjoy the Blackstone style griddle grill (propane). We stock all the basic equipment for basic meals, and provide salt, pepper, oil, and basic spice mixes, but please bring any specialty equipment or spices/sweeteners.

- Enjoy seating for 10 with a great view of the expansive backyard. Dining table doubles as a large game table, and dining area opens to the living area and kitchen for seamless flows and plenty of seating. Extra covered dining for 6 outside.

Blanco is a charming, walkable town and our property is only 2 blocks from the town square. The Blanco River State Park is a 3min drive (call for reservations & info). The best way to explore the area and access attractions like the Texas Wine Trail, breweries, and distilleries is by car or calling Texas Tipsy Tours for safe transportation. Free parking is available on the premises, providing convenient access to your accommodation. For those flying in, San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car, and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is about 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Consider using ride-sharing services or arranging for private transportation for ease of travel.
