”The dates we stayed were 9/1-9/4/25. Beautiful space to relax and chill. The home was beautiful and the backyard was awesome! We enjoyed the pool and the use of the floaties. Never got the spa jets to come on so we didn’t end up using that. We didn’t use the lake but enjoyed the sunsets. Someone else had checked out the morning we arrived and the cleaning left much to be desired. The cleaning people did what looked like a fast job and missed SEVERAL things, which I brought to the Property...

”This is one of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had. The house is even better equipped, charming than described and everything was so well decorated and laid out. The check-in and out experiences were super easy and clear, we locked outselves out accidentally and they responded and opened it in record time! The kitchen is really well stocked with every appliance and utensil you could need (although we didn't do a lot of cooking!) 10/10!”

The patio was covered with leaves, dirt and limbs, had the cleaners blew it off it would help keep the hot tub clean. We could not get the kurig to work, and the upstairs bedroom really needs a window unit or portable AC. But it fit our group fine in all other aspects. It was well stocked and the interior was very clean, ”

”Review of Grand Villa - 2025Our family of 19 (2 grandparents, 3 children and their spouses, and 11 grandchildren) stayed at the Grand Villa in Dripping Springs this past July.The house is enormous and wonderfully laid out. Everyone had enough space to spread out or be together. The house and surrounding areas were perfectly clean. The back deck with a fire pit, picnic tables, couches and many chairs was a great place to gaze at the stars and visit with each other in the evenings and watch...

”A lovely place for quiet solitude. It was pleasant. Enjoyed seeing the deer, mostly does, but one buck and a couple of yearlings. Also some squirrels. Do not expect a 5 star sterile environment. This is a nice cabin in the woods. We stayed for 4 nights. Our youngest daughter was getting married. ”
