”The house is beautiful, clean, very well maintained, and the location is great! The staff is very friendly and accommodating; they can be reached via WhatsApp.
One point worth mentioning is that at least two of the rooms on the second floor advertised as having a “garden view” do not actually offer a direct view of the garden. Instead, the windows look out onto a hallway, with the garden visible only beyond it. When the windows are closed, the mirrored glass makes it impossible to see the...

”Great experience. Small 11 room boutique hotel, room amenities were awesome, very comfortable beds and such. Very central to all tourists locations. And tons of restaurants within an 8 to 10 block radius, expensive and classy all the way down to the local corner taco carts.”

”We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location right in front of Parque Mexico was peaceful, yet still central/walkable. Our suite was spacious and well maintained, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was an added convenience.
The general manager, Carla, was exceptional. She helped us with every aspect of our stay and offered wonderful recommendations. The staff also went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They went out of their way to prepare a dairy-free chia seed...

”Great location. Good onsite breakfast. I was less impressed with the professionalism of the front desk staff and check-in/check-out procedures. Arrived at the hotel at 2:40pm…was told check-in wasn’t until 3pm and asked to sit in the lobby (a bench) till 3. Others were also waiting to check into their rooms. Rather than check on status of room readiness, guests were instructed to wait until 3pm. Upon check-out, I was told it would take 15 to 20 minutes for staff to check room before they would...

10/10 Loistava
Great place to stay in the Centro Historico, we were so comfortable here. Very unusual concept where you have an all inclusive cafe open 24 hours and can order coffee/beer/soft drinks and snacks for free. First time I’ve seen something like that outside of all inclusive resorts. All the staff members were so lovely from the waiters to the receptionists and cafe staff and the guys at the door. Room was super clean and comfortable. Good location short walking distance to Bellas Artes, Zocalo etc....
