”Beautiful property, staff is excellent -super attentive and friendly, everyone spoke English. I walked around the neighborhood, very safe with good shopping.”

The size of the unit was perfect for our family of 3. We were able to cook a few meals and also enjoy some of the restaurants in the area. ”Cute hotel in Polanco. There’s a great rooftop for those nice evenings. The rooms are large and well decorated. Really modern. The bathroom is big too. Shower is nice but the water takes some time to warm up. You can get filtered water from the restaurant right downstairs. As others have mentioned, the doors aren’t really soundproof so at night can hear doors and people in the hallways. The hotel is relatively quiet but perhaps a bigger issue during high season.
