”The hotel is beautiful Victorean property. The location is idyllic between the hills. The only issue was the narrow entrance and the lack of parking due to the tour buses the used 4 parking spots. Other than that, the hotel was a hit. I would definitely stay again. ”
”Staying here was an absolute delight. Great location 5 min walk to bus stop and supermarket. Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen, washer dryer (all in one), upstairs toilet and ensuites for both bedrooms downstairs.
Comfortable, modern, clean. There were even extra touches with a lovely Xmas tree and decorations in the apartment.
Great place to stay for families extra bed available for upstairs lounge room as well.

Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end).
The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. ”
”Great stay just after Christmas. Check-in times are limited, but it was very easy to get in following the instructions. Room and the whole hotel was really nicely furnished and decorated with good taste. Everything was clean. Breakfast was also really good with different varieties to order. Peaceful location with about 10 min walk to the city center. Can highly recommend this hotel.”

We were greeted by a cheerful and friendly host and the check-in was quick and easy.
The room itself was exactly as advertised. It was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable, the room having more than enough space for us both.
The property location was excellent, being no more than 5 minutes walk from the centre.
Checkout was also nice and quick.

”From check in through to check out the staff were very good. Breakfast was excellent and our room was comfy, quiet and had all the amenities that you would expect. The hotel was perfect for our stay and provided ample free parking which gave us a good base for our few days in Bath. It is halfway up a hill which was not a problem for us but for others not keen on walking up hill then be prepared to get a taxi or bus back from the town centre. ”
