”We were given a handi cap room which was not the best as everything was low sink, bed ect. We were not informed prior to our stay I would have booked elsewhere. To find our room was like a rabbit warren if a disabled person had to walk to the end of long and narrow corridors it would terrible. Not impressed at all”

”We really enjoyed our stay at YHA Bath during the Jane Austen festival. Simone went above and beyond, giving us great recommendations for local restaurants, sights to see and how to get to places. She let us store our luggage before check-in and after check-out so we could explore the surrounding area. She even took photos for us when we got dressed up for the ball! ”

”The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.
The parking could be a problem. There was a limited area for parking and entering or leaving the parking was problematic at times. It took us almost 20 minutes to maneuver out of our spot on the departure day.
It was a minor inconvenience and overall the stay was very good.”

”Very comfortable. This hotel is set in a very old house with great architecture, so is not modern at all in many ways. However the staff are friendly, the rooms quirky and comfortable, and it has a pool. Breakfast is good, set in a lovely room. ”
