”Yeri cok merkeziydi, giriste bizi resepsiyonda Ezgi hanim karsiladi cok kibar, yardimsever ve isine hakimdi harika onerilerde bulundu. Oda temiz ve sicakti, fotograflarda gorundugunden daha guzeldi. Odalarin onundeki oturma alanlarina bayildik, Goreme manzarasini tadini cikardik. Terasi balonlari izlemek icin idealdi. Kahvalti cok cesitli ve ozenliydi, her sey cok lezzetliydi. Bizim icin bu otel kapadokyada basli basina bir deneyim oldu, iyi ki tercih etmisiz cok memnun kaldik kesinlikle tekrar...

”The hotel was perfectly located—just 3-4 min walk into the town. The staff was exceptional in terms of friendliness and responsiveness. Of the 4 mornings we were there, the hot air balloons went in flight just 2 days (due to the weather). And 1 if those days, they came right next to the hotel! (Select the balcony room if you can get it!) Incredible experience! The only negative was using the hotel transfer. We had issues upon arrival and departure. Other than that, highly recommend! ”

I was lucky in being assigned a room with its own patio area right outside the room (right above the hotel's reception / office). There are many nice little touches to the decorations all over the hotel, including inside the room.”
