Here at Seasons Hotel, we are renowned for the high quality of services we offer, and we take immense pride in our commitment to cleanliness, service excellence, and the superior quality of not only our beds but all the furnishings, fittings and equipment in our hotel.It's important to note that you booked a room with two single beds, which was part of a special offer. Subsequently, you requested an additional bed, which we accommodated at no extra charge. However, you later insisted on transferring a bed from another room, which we found to be an unreasonable request.Furthermore, we must address your behaviour towards our personnel throughout your stay. As previously communicated, rude and disrespectful behaviour is not acceptable in our establishment.At Seasons Hotel, we are committed to ensuring a pleasant and respectful environment for all our guests and staff. Dear Ben as we kindly explained to you at the reception the reservation that we received through expedia and the rate that you have paid for was not for a superior sea view room. In addition the reservations department also explained to you that we do not even list sea view rooms on expedia group therefore a reservation regarding those rooms cannot be processed. Nevertheless customer satisfaction is our higher priority and if we had available sea view rooms we would happily upgrade you without extra charge. Also we offered to issue a full refund which you decided not to accept. We are sorry for the inconvenience that was caused to you and we are looking forward to welcome you again
