”Brilliant view to the roof of the hotel with a massive cooling fan making noise all night. Not so nice actually. Restaurant is complicated and for a tourist a bit uncomfortable. The staff doesn't really make contact with you and you don't know when to order, where to order, how to pay etc. It's a time machine. Stuck somewhere in 90's /2000. But clean at least and location is nice.”

”This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn.
