”Amazing stay for 5 nights at this hotel, very comfy rooms and quiet. Only 5 minute walk to restaurants and centre. Breakfast is great so much choice. Ate dinner one night in the hotel and it is one of the best meals we had on the island. Also, swimming pool is great to relax at end of a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend this hotel.”

Les points forts sont l'accueil de Vanessa, ses petites attentions envers ses hôtes, sa sympathie, sa disponibilité et surtout sa gentillesse. Elle est de bons conseils sur les lieux à découvrir ou les restaurants.... J'ai eu la chance d'avoir un petit présent le jour de mon anniversaire. Alors qu'elle n'avait aucune obligation. J'ai été très touchée par ce geste. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux....

”Great location just on the edge of town. Walkable to the town of Furnas. Very clean room. Take note that you are provided the ingredients to cook your breakfast, as there is no dining or room service. It is a very small, intimate style hotel. ”

”Our room was wonderful, the shared space was absolutely beautiful and the view breathtaking. The place is about a 15 minute walk from the downtown area. There are cafes, restaurants and grocery nearby. I would definitely go back.”

”We stayed at Moinho da Areia for three days and really enjoyed it. The location is right by the beach, so you fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The bed was very comfortable, the room felt warm and inviting, and Cristina took great care of everything. It’s also a good base for exploring the island. We hope to return in the future.”

”We had a great stay at Quinta do Espirito Santo. We hosts are fantastique and full of insight. This is not a traditional hotel, but you get to stay at a fantastique old house with great history and athmosphere. The premises have cats, chickens, ducks and dogs. Would recommend a stay here if you want something out of the ordinary. ”

”Wunderschöner Garten mit Blick auf die Landebahn (Flughafen stört nicht, es landen nur wenige Flieger), super Frühstück mit selbst gemachtem Joghurt, Eier von eigenen Hühnern und sehr nettem Personal. Man könnte zu Fuß von Flughafen zu Unterkunft laufen, also sehr praktisch gelegen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. ”
