”Hassle free check-in (earlier check in was available for us) by a very welcoming and attentive staff. The room was very nice, clean, bright and had comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast was more than adequate. They also had parking on property, which was super convenient. Location is great: near eateries and grocery stores and yes...the hot springs. Love it and would be back again. Thank you, Hotel Vale Verde!”

”Wonderful studio that overcame our expectations. Perfectly situated one step to the church and the ferry terminal. Madalena as such isn‘t spectacular, but a lovely little community. Very kind manager, easy to reach, no probs! Very pleased that it gave the possibility not to change towels every day and not to clean every day - eco responsible!”

”What a lovely hotel and staff. We would certainly come again. Air conditioner included, free parking next to the hotel and good breakfast with local food. Pool and jacuzzi were on point. We didn’t see any bugs. Maybe a bit unsoundproofed walls but just a bit so the noise wasn’t a big trouble. ”

”We had a truly lovely stay at this charming guesthouse. The owner and her husband are without a doubt the sweetest people we met during our trip. On the morning of our departure, her husband even offered, completely on his own initiative, to drive us to the ferry. That level of kindness and hospitality is rare these days and deserves to be recognized. The place itself is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. There’s a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout, with a beautiful common area...

”We had a wonderful stay at Livramento Residence. The place is very comfortable and allowed us to enjoy our trip in the best way possible. The 24/7 video surveillance is quite strict — one evening we were reminded of the rules because my boyfriend was in the common areas without a shirt.
